- In this role, we are looking for an aggressive sales “hunter” who understands how to Identify, nurture and unlock new opportunities within B2B large enterprises through outbound selling to drive deal closure. Should be an integrity-driven sales professional with extensive experience in driving multi-million dollar revenue targets within multiple market sectors in a fast-paced environment through direct selling and channels. A passionate, ambitious sales professional with sales charisma and excellent skills in forming C- level relationship and driving complex sales management.
Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve revenue goals and targets through net new account acquisitions
- Acquire and onboard new large enterprise customers across all verticals in the assigned territory
- Metric driven, persuasions, commercial negotiations and deal closures with an objective of
- maximizing company revenues
- Development of product-specific GTM strategies, forecasting, targets and pipeline management
- Identify and develop long-term strategic relationships with decision makers and other key
- stakeholders
- Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with leadership
- Any other responsibility assigned by your Line Manager.
- Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed
Requirements
- 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience (preferably with SaaS sales)
- 3+ years of individual SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years of channel partner business and channel sales
- Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for
- Enterprise SaaS companies and multinational OEM’s.
- Extensive experience in negotiating terms and closing mega deal contracts
- Should be a strategic thinker who can lead the initiatives and build sales function for the company
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced target focused environment.
- Previous experience in selling enterprise software applications such as HCM, ERP, etc and having successful experience in multi-channel go to market models will be an added advantage
- Have a track record of being closers and in target achievement.

- Excellent networker and listener with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
